Ben Tennyson
Ben Tennyson is a main character in Super Smash Bros. Crossover. He has access to all his aliens from all 3 series of Ben 10, minus those used by Ben 10,000. He also has the Ultimatrix, but unlike Alien Force, it is unknown how he got it. In Season 18, Ben is infected at some point offscreen. Ben later has a change of heart and decides to help the Heroes of Legend by protecting the Mind Chamber. Ben is later cured by Shenron during Season 19. In Season 22, Ben, Azula, and William Dunbar follow Gohan and Crash Bandicoot, since they know Gohan and Crash don't stand a chance against the Dark Heroes of Legend. In Season 23, Ben, Gwen, and Kevin are ambushed by Vilgax and Aggregor as part of the villains' full scale assault. Later, Ben starts to battle alongside his younger self during the Fight to the Finish 2 Arc. In Season 25, due to a smear campaign launched by Will Harangue that was orchestrated by Mephiles the Dark, Ben becomes a fugitive since the world thinks he is the brains behind the Heroes of Legend. Later, Ben and his friends participate in several fierce battles against Mechtavius Destroyer, where he even used Alien X despite having a hard time controlling him. At the end of Season 25, Ben becomes a Hero of Legend following Mechtavius Destroyer's defeat.

10-year old Ben is Ben back when he was 10 years old. Unlike the present day Ben, 10-year old Ben does not have access to the Ultimate Forms or Ben's newer aliens. Despite this, 10-year old Ben is still a force to be reckoned with.

- Due to the large amount of aliens he has unlocked, Ben has the most alternate forms in the series.
- Ben is the only official Hero of Legend without a Smash Core fragment embedded in his body. Rather, it is within the Ultimatrix.
