Captain America is one of the main protagonists of Super Smash Bros. Crossover starting with Season 18. In Season 18, Captain America is one of the many heroes infected by the zombie plague. During the Mind Maze Arc, Captain America talked with Mario about recent events, and were checking Yami Bakura's castle to find a way to reclaim the antidote for the virus before it became irreversible. Captain America is later one of the few survivors in the final battle against Yami Bakura. Captain America is later cured by Shenron at the end of Season 19. He later reappears in Season 25 when he helps Master Chief, Tikal, and Spartan David fend off Ultron and they all eventually escape the Truth and Reconcilation. He also joins the Spartan Squad. In Season 32, Captain America is replaced by a Skrull following the first battle with Dark Matter. Later, Captain America is liberated by the Heroes of Legend, and fights against the Skrulls alongside some of the Avengers in an effort to free Soleanna, but is ultimately forced to flee when Jen destroys Soleanna.
