Sarah Ravencroft

Sarah Ravencroft is the titular main antagonist of the Scooby-Doo franchise’s seventh feature film Scooby-Doo and the Witch’s Ghost.

She is a witch's ghost, and the third of Noah Kaiba's assassins. She first appears after Team 4Kids (Big 5) liberate her from her spellbook. Noah then appears on a monitor and tells Sarah if she can destroy the Heroes of Legend, then Noah will destroy her spellbook so she can never be imprisoned again. Sarah, unwilling to get sealed away again, agrees to help Noah. Despite her power, she is defeated by the immaterial spirits of Jinzo and the Ojamas and is tossed off Marik's plane. Sarah reappears shortly after with Thrax and the Phantom Virus to attack the heroes again.

Sarah Ravencroft is so far the only one of Noah's assassins that isn't a virus of some kind.
